[Usage] :Large-scale graphitization furnace is mainly used for the sintering of battery anode materials, carbon material structural parts (products), C/C composite products, carbon fiber, carbon material, carbon fiber rope, high temperature graphitization of phosphorus sheet graphite and other graphite materials, and other materials that can be sintered and smelted in the carbon environment.

Characteristics of super large graphitization furnace:  

Large graphitization furnace adopts foreign thermal insulation materials and furnace structure, and its working temperature reaches 3000℃. It adopts one power supply with multiple furnace bodies to improve production. Due to the long cooling time of large graphitization furnace, the cooling time is used for heating other furnace bodies.  

Using digital display intelligent temperature control system, automatic high precision to complete temperature measurement and temperature control process, the system can be heating according to a given temperature curve, and can store a total of 20 400 sections of different process heating curve comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system can be one machine and many furnaces, using PLC intelligent conversion.
