Vacuum Furnace

Vacuum furnace can be used for vacuum sintering, that is, in the vacuum state, heating the metal powder products, so that the adjacent metal powder grains through adhesion and diffusion and sintering into parts.

Vacuum furnace is vacuum sintering furnace, according to the application of equipment to distinguish, probably contains the following types: vacuum hot press furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, silicon carbide vacuum furnace, titanium carbide vacuum furnace, chromium carbide vacuum furnace, vacuum degreasing sintering furnace and so on.

According to the heating method, vacuum furnace can be divided into vacuum resistance furnace, vacuum induction furnace, vacuum arc furnace and plasma furnace.

The structure of vacuum furnace is generally composed of main engine, furnace chamber, electric heating device, sealed furnace shell, vacuum system (carefully assembled by vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, vacuum valve and other components), power supply system, temperature control system and transport vehicle outside the furnace.


Used in ceramic sintering, vacuum smelting, electric vacuum parts degassing, annealing, metal parts brazing, and ceramic metal sealing and other alloy materials vacuum sintering.


The heating system in the furnace can be heated directly by electric resistance wire (such as tungsten wire) or electromagnetic induction heating.

Temperature can reach about 2600℃, can fully meet the sintering of various materials.

Using digital display intelligent temperature control system, automatic and high precision to complete the temperature measurement and temperature control process, the system can be heated according to the given temperature curve, and can store a total of 20 pieces of 400 different process heating curves.

Internal circulation pure water cooling system, digital flow monitoring system.

High performance intermediate frequency contactor is used for automatic conversion of furnace body.
