There are mainly several types of high temperature furnaces for processing lithium battery anode materials:

1. Vacuum furnace: Vacuum furnace can be treated at high temperature in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment for heat treatment of lithium battery anode materials, such as graphite, graphene, etc.

2. Inert atmosphere furnace: Inert atmosphere furnace uses inert gas (such as argon) as the processing environment, which can prevent the negative electrode material from reacting with oxygen at high temperature to ensure the stability of the material.

3. Atmosphere control furnace: Atmosphere control furnace can achieve accurate processing of negative electrode materials by controlling the gas composition and pressure in the atmosphere, such as hydrogen reduction, oxidation, etc.

4. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition furnace: This type of furnace can grow or modify the negative electrode material of lithium batteries at high temperatures by introducing plasma during the deposition process.

5. Heat treatment furnace: Heat treatment furnace is mainly used for annealing, sintering and other heat treatment processes of lithium battery negative materials to improve the crystallinity, density and electrochemical performance of the material.

These high temperature furnaces can be selected and used according to specific needs and experimental conditions.
