Use and operation precautions of vacuum sintering furnace

Vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace for protective sintering of heated items in vacuum environment. There are many heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, microwave heating and so on. Vacuum induction furnace is a furnace that uses induction heating to sintering the heated items protectively. It can be divided into power frequency, medium frequency, high frequency and other types, which can be classified as the subclasses of vacuum sintering furnace.

Vacuum induction sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment for sintering carbide cutter head and various metal powder pressors by using the principle of medium frequency induction heating under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. It is designed for the industrial production of hard alloy, metal dysprosium and ceramic materials.

Main applications of sintering furnace: It is suitable for powder roasting, ceramic sintering, high temperature experiment, chemical analysis, material treatment and quality detection in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises.

Precautions for vacuum sintering furnace operation:

1. The appearance of the electric furnace should always be kept clean, and the vacuum should be kept when not in use, otherwise the next use will lead to the reduction of the vacuum rate.

2, automatic in and out of the thermocouple system in use for half a year should be unscrew the thermocouple seat filling diffusion pump oil.

3. Vacuum furnace and vacuum system should be used for about half a year to add vacuum sealing grease to the axial sealing part. Axial sealing refers to the observation window baffle seat, pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve and other parts.

4. The observation window glass of vacuum furnace should be removed and cleaned after using the furnace.
