When using the silicon carbide sintering furnace, the following operation methods need to be noted:

1. Prepare the sample: Prepare the silicon carbide sample to be processed, which can be powder, particle or block.

2. Prepare the mold: select the appropriate mold according to the need, and put the sample into the mold. The shape and size of the mold should match the final silicon carbide product to be prepared.

3. Sintering process parameter setting: According to the requirements of samples and products, set the appropriate sintering process parameters, including sintering temperature, holding time, pressure, etc.

4. Load the sample: put the mold with the sample into the silicon carbide sintering furnace, and ensure that the position of the sample is stable.

5. Start the sintering furnace: start the silicon carbide sintering furnace and start the heating process. According to the set sintering process parameters, the temperature is gradually raised to make the furnace temperature reach the required sintering temperature.

6. Thermal insulation sintering: When the temperature in the furnace reaches the set sintering temperature, maintain a certain holding time, so that the silicon carbide sample sintering reaction, the formation of dense ceramic products.

7. Cooling treatment: After sintering is completed, stop heating and close the sintering furnace. After the furnace body is cooled, the furnace door can be opened to take out the processed silicon carbide products.

It should be noted that when using the silicon carbide sintering furnace, it is necessary to follow the operating manual and relevant regulations to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the operation.
