Type and process of powder metallurgy in sintering furnace

3. Silicon carbide sintering: silicon carbide sintering is a special powder metallurgy process for the preparation of silicon carbide ceramic materials. In the sintering process of silicon carbide, the silicon carbide powder is first formed by pressing and then sintered at high temperature in the sintering furnace. In the sintering process, the silicon carbide powder particles are diffused and combined to form a dense silicon carbide ceramic material.

4. Tungsten alloy sintering: Tungsten alloy sintering is a powder metallurgy process for the preparation of tungsten alloy materials. Tungsten alloy powder is first formed by pressing and then sintered at high temperature in a sintering furnace. In the sintering process, tungsten alloy powder particles are diffused and combined to form a dense tungsten alloy bulk material.
