2. Equipment Introduction

Our melting furnace employs variable-frequency electromagnetic induction technology, converting the grid frequency of 50–60 Hz to the optimal frequency required. Current passes through a specially designed coil, and when a conductive workpiece is placed within the coil carrying a specific frequency and current, the workpiece generates a massive eddy current that rapidly converts into heat, achieving workpiece heating, melting, and vaporization. Our equipment features:

Energy-saving induction aluminum melting furnace – consumes 340–380 kWh per ton of aluminum melted.

Precise temperature control: Utilizes intelligent control systems such as PID algorithms for accurate temperature regulation, improving product quality and yield.

Current, voltage, and power adjustment – high-power and low-power heating at different stages.

Simple operation: Highly integrated HMI — simple, convenient, and fast. Highly intelligent — even frontline operators can operate accurately. Supports 24-hour continuous operation.

RS485 communication capability; can be connected to touchscreen control.

Low melt loss with high heating efficiency: Electromagnetic induction heating provides high efficiency, low maintenance, and stable operation.

Energy-saving and eco-friendly: More efficient than traditional resistance furnaces and environmentally friendly, reducing environmental pollution.

Low maintenance: Uses dry-type induction coils and modular construction for high safety and low maintenance.

Stable operation: Reliable equipment with low failure rate and excellent user experience.

High safety:

 (a) Power section: Isolation transformer isolates the high voltage (approx. 10 kV) to prevent accidental electric shock.

 (b) Furnace body: Fully digital leak detection device + fully enclosed anti-leak protective sleeve — dual protection. In the event of a crucible breach, the furnace body remains unharmed. Prevents accidental leakage of molten metal that could scrap the furnace or cause casualties.

Digitalization:

 (a) Full digital operation interface — simple and intuitive.

 (b) Digitally controlled, with strong crucible heating recognition capability and wide range, overcoming the limitation of incompatibility with crucibles from different brands.

Convenient tilting: The tilting system comprising a hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic station allows tilt angle control with just two buttons, facilitating aluminum liquid transfer and casting.

Modular design:
