【 Usage 】:  

(1) The production method is made of carbon strand rope or braided rope according to user requirements.  

(2) carbon rope is a necessary ingredient of heat insulation material for high temperature furnace, and can also be used as conductive electrode.  

(3) Has been widely used in a variety of different types of negative ion conductive electrode, vacuum furnace insulation layer carbon felt binding, sewing, chemical, petroleum, food machinery, medical machinery and medical equipment, civil construction, electronic instruments and other fields.  

(4) Can also be made into 2-12 strands of carbon rope or braided round rope according to user requirements.  


Product advantage

The graphite felt  

Graphite felt because of the selection of the original felt is divided into asphalt cornerstone ink felt, polyacrylonitrile based (PAN based) graphite felt and viscose-based ink felt ,three kinds, the main use is as a monocrystalline silicon smelting furnace heat preservation, heat insulation material.  In the chemical industry can be used as highpurity corrosive chemical reagent filter material.  

Process polyacrylonitrile based carbon felt or viscosion-based carbon felt cut into the required size, rolled into a tube into a container made of graphite material, the graphite container is placed in a high temperature furnace (high temperature furnace is graphite tube furnace, medium frequency, high frequency induction furnace or other heating form of high temperature furnace), with vacuum or through high purity inert gas protection,  Heating at a rate of 100 ~ 300℃/h to 2200 ~ 2500℃, and then natural cooling to 100℃.




Carbon rope  

Carbon fiber rope is made of carbon fiber rope, referred to as carbon rope.  Polyacrylonitrile based carbon rope for example, commonly used diameter 2.0, 1.8g per meter weight, minimum tensile load 100N, maximum ring strength 100N, minimum ring strength 60N, ash content <0.5%, is a high temperature resistant material, its excellent electrical conductivity.
